All our services are digital and delivered online. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery timeframe depends on the type and volume of the service requested. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Basic Photo Editing: 1–3 business days
• Advanced Retouching or Bulk Orders: 3–7 business days
• Custom Projects: Timeline will be discussed during consultation

Urgent delivery may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

3. Delivery Method

Final edited images are delivered via:

• Email (downloadable links or attachments)
• Cloud Storage Link (e.g., Google Drive, WeTransfer)
• Client Portal or Dashboard (if applicable)

Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of placing your order to avoid delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you must:

• Provide clear instructions and all necessary files (e.g., RAW/JPEG images) at the time of ordering
• Respond promptly to any requests for clarification
• Review and approve drafts or revisions in a timely manner

Delays in client communication may result in extended delivery times.

5. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery may be delayed in rare cases due to:

• High volume of orders
• Incomplete or unclear instructions
• Technical issues beyond our control

If any delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated timeline.

6. Revisions and Final Files

Revisions (if included in your package) will be delivered within 1–3 business days after the request is submitted. Final files are provided in high-resolution JPEG or other formats as agreed.
