Thank you for choosing DAD Photography for your digital photo editing needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality editing services that meet your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of the Service

All our services are digital and customized to the specific requirements of each client. Once an order is delivered, the service is considered rendered and completed.

2. No Refunds After Final Delivery

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once the final edited images have been delivered to the client. By approving the final draft or accepting delivery, you confirm that the service has been fulfilled to your satisfaction.

3. Refund Eligibility Before Delivery

You may request a full refund only if:

  • You cancel your order before any editing work has started.
  • We are unable to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Refund requests must be made in writing to support@dad-photography.com with your order details.

4. Revision Policy

We offer free revisions (within reason) to ensure you are satisfied with the results. Revision requests must:

  • Be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Be based on the original instructions and not new work
  • Not exceed the number of revisions included in your selected package

If you are still not satisfied after revisions, we’ll do our best to find a resolution, but refunds will not be issued after services have been rendered.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after the editing process has started
  • You are unsatisfied but refuse to provide clear feedback or allow revisions
  • You fail to respond or communicate for more than 10 days
  • The dissatisfaction is based on personal preference without basis in the agreed scope of work

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide documentation of the completed service.
